Hello,
My name is Debbie Yoder, I will be completing my Master's of Science in Education this semester. I currently work in the Writers' Room here at USI as a writing consultant. My area of interest is adult education with a special interest in English Language Learners (ELL) Students. As a writing consultant, I work one on one with a wide variety of students from all areas of study and all abilities, allowing for a vast diversity in subject matter. The technology in the Writers' Room is limited to several desktop computers, the students personal devices, and an out of date printer. Although this technology is sufficient to accomodate the student's needs, computers equipped with webcams would allow for the addition of skype tutorials to the Writers' Room offering. I am both nervous as well as excited about the projects in the upcoming semester
